Juanita Wood has thirty-one years of experience at UCLA Medical Center where she is currently a Payroll/Personnel Systems Analyst at UCLA. She is a member of the UCLA Black Faculty and Staff Association. She attended West Los Angeles College with an emphasis in Liberal Arts and is continuing her education through online instruction; she attends West Angeles Church in Los Angeles, California under the leadership of Bishop
Charles E. Blake, and is a secretary for the African Diaspora Foundation.
